London Central Mosque Trust and the Islamic Cultural Centre is listed with Historic England
London Central Mosque Trust and the Islamic Cultural Centre has been Awarded Listed Building Status. The building is now listed at Grade II*.
Historic England helps people to understand, enjoy and value the historic environment and protect it for the future.
The announcement of the great news took place on 13th March 2018 at London Central Mosque. It is a great honour that the Mosque has been added to the list of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic interest in England.
The listing is the cream on the cake for such an important building which attracts approx. 10,000 visitors per week including school visits and tourist.
