London Central Mosque Trust & The Islamic Cultural Centre

Chairman of the London Central Mosque Trust Ltd and The Islamic Cultural Centre - His Excellency Mr Khalid Rashid Salem Al-Homoudi Al-Mansouri , hosted a farewell reception after nine years in office as Qatar's Ambassador to the United Kingdom.

The farewell reception was held in the French Salon and Drawing Room at Claridges Hotel. Many VIP'S, Ambassadors; Officials of the Government & many others attended this special event.

Dr Ahmad Al Dubayan, Director General of The Islamic Cultural Centre presented His Excellency with an Award in recognition for all his hard work both in the public eye and behind the scenes not only in dealing with a broad range of issues in regards to being the Chairman of the Islamic Cultural Centre but also for all his hard efforts in working with the whole Muslim Community of the United Kingdom and promoting greater cultural and religious dialogue within the wider communities.

Dr Dubayan said in his speech that he would be greatly missed in his current role and looked forward to working with him in the future on new projects which would benefit the British & European society.
