Religous Affairs Department

The Religious affairs department at the London Central Mosque plays a central role in the religious guidance of the wider Muslim community.

The duties of this department include meeting with the community to give religious guidance on various issues which includes conducting Islamic marriages and divorces and serves as a counseling and reconciliation means for cases pertaining to marital issues.

Other duties include religious lectures, religious courses and delivering the speech on Friday

The Religious Department is open seven days a week from 10.30am to 4.30pm. Please check the Imams roster to find out which Imam is on duty.

There are four regular Imams who perform the religious activities in the centre: Sh. Khalifa Ezzat, Sh Chokri Majouli, Sh Kazi Lutfurrahman and Sh. M. Abdul-Hayy.
