The ICC Library Lecture Series invites you to a lecture titled:

Tuning in the Family Frequency: Understanding Emotional Boundaries

With Guest Speaker: Dr Hend Mohammed

Dr Hend Mohammed is a CBT psychotherapist & consultant in developing, integrating and maintaining psychological interventions.

Lecture objectives:

1. To introduce the concept of emotional boundaries and their importance in family dynamics.

2. To elucidate the science of emotions, emphasizing how understanding emotional intelligence can enhance family communication.

3. To discuss practical skills families can employ to set healthy emotional boundaries and improve communication.

4. To offer actionable steps for audience members to apply CBT techniques and emotional skills in their own family dynamics.

5. To facilitate a Q&A session to address specific concerns or questions about implementing emotional boundaries within family settings.
