The Islamic Cultural Centre in partnership with Al-Motamim institute has organised the 30th teacher training for the supplementary Arabic schools in London under the title:
Measurement and evaluation in teaching the Arabic language to speakers of other languages, with practical lessons.
A total of 65 teachers from various supplementary schools around London participated and benefited greatly from the interactive and practical sessions provided.
The course was carefully designed and delivered by the internationally renowned expert Dr. Mohamed Mutleq, and
Dr Bechir Labidi the director of Al-Motamim institute.
The session commenced with a warm welcome speech delivered by
Mr Ahmed Limam, Head of Education, on behalf of the Director General of the Islamic Cultural Centre,
Dr Ahmad Al Dubayan, who was unable to attend in person due to travel commitments, through his support and involvement in the programme were acknowledged and appreciated.
At the end of the two-day training, certificates of completion were presented by Mr Ahmed Limam, Dr Faid Said and the trainers. Mr Ahmed Limam concluded the session with a closing speech, highlighting the importance of preserving the Arabic language and the importance of attending trainings to enhance teaching skills.
Evaluations were distributed to the attendees, who provided positive feedback, noting that the event was highly enjoyable. They expressed appreciation for the trainers' deep knowledge and found the practical aspects of the training both engaging and valuable.
