His Excellency Ambassador Amin Dalhatu Visits London Central Mosque Trust & Islamic Cultural Centre

The London Central Mosque Trust & Islamic Cultural Centre was honoured to welcome
His Excellency Ambassador Amin Dalhatu, High Commissioner of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the United Kingdom, for an official visit to the Centre.
His Excellency was warmly received by the
Director General Dr Ahmad Al Dubayan, and was accompanied by a distinguished delegation of representatives from the Nigerian community in the United Kingdom.
During the visit, the delegation received a presentation outlining the rich history of the Islamic Cultural Centre, its development over the decades, and the wide range of religious, educational, cultural and community services it provides to both the local community and visitors from across the United Kingdom and beyond.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss areas of mutual interest and the important role that the Centre plays in promoting dialogue, community cohesion and engagement with diverse communities. Following the presentation, the delegation was given a guided tour of the Mosque and its facilities.
His Excellency Ambassador Amin Dalhatu expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome and the valuable work undertaken by the Islamic Cultural Centre. He also conveyed his strong interest in developing closer collaboration between the Nigerian High Commission and the Centre, particularly in supporting the work of the High Commission, strengthening engagement with the Nigerian diaspora in the United Kingdom, and promoting future cultural, educational and community initiatives.
The London Central Mosque Trust & Islamic Cultural Centre looks forward to building on this positive relationship and exploring opportunities for future cooperation that will benefit the wider community.
