London Central Mosque Weekend School End of Year Party 2026
London - Saturday 4th July 2025
The LCM Weekend School End of Year Party occurred on Saturday 4th July 2026. The party lasted around 1 hour and a half, commencing at 2 pm at Hammersmith Academy in West London. All classes had the opportunity to perform, to show off the skills they had learnt throughout the academic year. The event was enjoyed by all staff, students, and parents.
After the entertainment programme, an award ceremony took place where the following commendations were awarded to the students:
39 commendations to the three highest achievers in each class.
The feedback received by parents, teachers and students was extremely positive.
In the End, the headteacher, Mr Ahmed Limam gave a short speech. He addressed and congratulated the students on their outstanding efforts and resilience this academic year. As well as the student recognition, Mr Ahmed also expressed his gratitude to the parents in attendance for the continued support for the school. As well as ensuring that their children are educated in the Arabic language. Mr Ahmed concluded his speech by thanking our teachers for their continuous incredible efforts in helping our children reach and exceed their expected grades at the end of the year.
We were also delighted to welcome a surprise appearance from the Head Teacher of Hammersmith Academy Mr Gary Kynaston, who addressed the parents and students in attendance. Mr Kynaston expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for our commitment, organisation and support in the community. In particular he commended our strong safeguarding practices, recognising the care, vigilance and dedication shown in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students.
After the celebration had ended Mr Ahmed awarded three of our staff for their excellent performance and class management during this academic year.
