Monday 19 February 2018

#VisitMyMosque Day 2018

Once again the London Central Mosque took part in the #VisitMyMosque Day on Sunday, 18th February 2018. This is a national initiative to bridge the gap between Muslims and Non Muslims and to build a stronger society. Hundreds of Mosques across the country opened their doors for everyone.

The London Central Mosque had a very successful open day. More than 500 people from all different faiths or no faith visited the Centre.

Many people from the local community who have never visited a Muslim place of worship before visited the centre for the first time.

Dr Dubayan said "It is very important that the community members get the opportunity to visit our Centre as we can build positive relations to help strengthen the local and wider society"
