"Afzal Ur Rahman - A Torchbearer In Islamic Education"

A presentation on the life of the late Professor Afzalur Rahman (1915-1998) and his work was delivered by his son, Omar Faruq at The London Central Mosque & Islamic Cultural Centre

Professor Afzalur Rahman is the co-founder of the Muslim Educational Trust, and author of more than 30 publications on different aspects of Islam, including the world's first 'Encyclopaedia of Seerah'.



His work paved a pathway for Muslims and non-Muslims alike to learn about Islam and Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
