Breaking the wall of silence; Westminster Council & Met Police Event

Breaking the wall of silence; Westminster Council & Met Police held partnership event with London Central Mosque to celebrate the working projects on working with the community to educate partners on the work of the Police and difficulties faced within the local communities.

The meeting had a number of speakers including Council members, Executive Directors, Directors and Managers from Westminster Council. Chief Superintendent Jeff Boothe also attended with a number of Chief Inspectors to Dedicated Ward Officers.

Director General Dr Ahmad Al Dubayan welcomed the comunnity stakeholders to the Centre and spoke about the importance of understanding each others cultures to create a more cohesive and society and how the power of working together is a positive force for the betterment of our wider society.

The event was followed by table exercises and ended with a lunch.
