Shaikh Dr Faiz Saif - Member of the Supreme Council of Shariah; Lebanon and Spokesperson visits ICC





Shaikh Dr Faid M Said - Imam and Secretary General of the Commission of Fatwa and Islamic Affairs and ICC staff received Shaikh Dr Faiz Saif - Member of the Supreme Council of Shariah; Lebanon and Spokesperson.

Shaikh Dr Faiz Saif was given a presentation regarding the history, services and activities of the Islamic Cultural Centre. He also went on a guided tour of the Mosque, Library and Exhibition Halls. Sh Faid Said also spoke about the Centre's Fatwa Service for which there is a growing demand of work from the wider Muslim community and how the Islamic Cultural Centre is working to provide these neccessary services.

Shaikh Dr Faiz thanked everyone at the Centre and said that he wanted to convey to all Muslims to continue to work with and engage with the wider non-Muslim community to strengthen ties and build a more cohesive society. Sh Faiz also said that he makes dua/prayers for all those who have invested in this Central Mosque and Cultural Centre from the founders, including donors King Faisal of Saudi Arabia and Sh Zaid bin Sultan of UAE to name a couple and ofcourse all the staff and volunteers

Shaikh Dr Faiz closed by saying that he looked forward to working closer with the Centre in the near future on collaborative projects.
